Return Policy
Our company is happy to provide you with whatever customer assistance as is required for you to have a good shopping experience. However, if you return your purchases for a refund and there is nothing wrong with the shirts you bought, then there will be an incurred fee levied against your refund. All shipping charges are non refundable.
$1 - $100 order0% restocking fee
$101 - $499 order20% restocking fee
$500 - $999 order30% restocking fee
$1000 and up50% restocking fee

Would it be possible to get any of the designs put on the backs of your shirts?
Putting designs on the back of your order will be no issue at all, and we will gladly do it at no additional fee to you. Please make sure you let us know that this is how you want your shirts made, though, by instructing us in the "comments" area of your online order form.

Does this company have standards when it comes to my privacy? My email isn't being sold to spam companies, is it?
Our only priority is making your shirts that you ordered and sending them to you as fast as possible. Your information is not used again after that transaction is complete, and you will never catch us selling your info to other companies. We...HATE...spammers.

I know that it takes some time to get your shirts when you order them on the Internet. What I really want to know is how long does it take you to put my shirts in the mail after I pay for my shirts?

US Residents:

We want you, as our customer, to be happy so that you'll want to always come to us for all of your awesome t-shirt needs. This is why we strive to have the fastest shipping speed our means can provide. We will be sending your shirts within just one business day of getting your order. Your order will be moved through our system during regular business hours. Those hours are 7 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon, central standard time and excludes all USPS recognized holidays. Your order will ship the day after processing. If you happen to place your order with us on one of these days our doors are not open, then we will be making your order the very next shipping day available. If you order on Thanksgiving, then your order will be going out on the following Monday. Our warehouse is fully stocked with nearly every shirt design we offer, but on very isolated incidents it is possible that we do not have your shirt stocked and ready to be made. If we are out of stock on an item, it will be back ordered and will ship as soon as we have replaced our inventory. This usually only takes a couple of days, so your order will still arrive very quickly...just not AS quickly. We have our shipping speeds down to a fine artform, and we would love to show you just how fast it really can be. If you need your order delivered to you in the matter of just a few days, or even the very next day, we have expedited and express shipping open for you to choose as well. If you are a resident of the U.S.A., then you can pick from three different shipping options that we've made available.
  1. Standard Shipments are faster than almost anyone else out there because of our fast processing, making our shipments in only THREE to EIGHT business days.
  2. Expedited Shipments are for those people who are in a real hurry to get their order in the mail, and you can reasonably expect delivery somewhere between TWO and THREE business days.
  3. Express Shipping is where you should turn for instances when you have to buy that perfect, last-minute gift. Your shirt will get there in time with this shipping speed, at just 1-2 working days.
ITEM OF INTEREST! Hawaiian and Alaskan shipments will always be shipped with Priority Mail and arrive into you waiting hands anywhere from 5-10 working days. These approximated shipping times do not include certain considerations for out-of-stock items and processing times. Include an e-mail with your order information, and we will send you the postal tracking numbers. This service is not available to those living outside of the U.S.A, Hawaii, and Alaska.

International Shipping:

We are very proud to offer our excellent products to the International customers in Italy, Norway, Canada, Sweden, Britain, North Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, and The Nederlands. I know FOUR to EIGHT weeks is a long time to await an order, but that is the unfortunate reality of International shipping. Please have patience! Contacting us after a week will do you no good, as we will only kindly remind you to be patient and to contact us after the eight week expectancy time has elapsed. Once your package starts its journey across the water to you, we no longer have the ability to track that order for you at this time. We have a legal responsibility to provide a complete inventory of your package's contents, and the cost value of each items. We are sorry, but even marking your delivery as a "gift" will still require this information. We are in no way responsible for any charges your shipment incurs when it goes through your nation's CUSTOMS. If you are ordering Internationally, please call your local CUSTOMS Agent to answer all of your pertinent questions on the topic. This company proudly supports the men and women of the U.S. Military. We would be honored if you chose to order our product, and we gladly ship to any APO/FPO military address or installation. Expedited and Express options are not available to APO/FPO addresses and will be shipped via Standard Shipping options. We cannot know the exact time you will be getting your order from us, but please note that the above shipping speeds are not applicable for APO/FPO orders. It will take THREE to FIVE work days for your shirts to get to you if you are having them sent to your PO BOX, because all PO BOX deliveries will be sent with United States Standard Mail.

Do your product sizes run large / run small?

We may not be as cheap as some of the other t shirt companies, but our shirts aren't cheaply made. We have seen the shirts that are sold on other websites, and the quality suffers because of their desire to drive the price of their shirts down. You can get one of these cheaper shirts, but be prepared to watch it fall to pieces after just a couple of wearings. You may be trying our shirts for the very first time, and that's okay. We know you'll be back because no one else strives to make their customer base as happy as we do. We stand by our shirts with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All of the standard men's tees we sell are printed on the highest grade of 6.1 ounce cotton we could find, because we know that is what our customer expects from us.

I Am Having Problems With The Shopping Cart Accepting My Credit Card
This is a pretty common issue with people having ordering issues. It's usually caused when your billing information is not entered EXACTLY like they have it at the credit card company. Check this first. If you feel certain that your order should be going through, then go through the following steps...
  1. I know you just did this, but you should probably check it again! Look up the billing address on the card your using and copy it directly into the billing address entry on your order form.
  2. When you move, you have to change your information with the company that issues your card. Sometimes it can take months and months to get this data changed. Try your old address and you may be set.
  3. It may come down to using a different credit or debit card. Our system may be rejecting you for an unknown reason, and a new card could save you lots of anxiety about ordering.
  4. We have a United States Only Toll Free Number that you can call for assistance between the hours of 9 am and 6pm (Central Time Zone). The number is 1-888-687-4478.

I love your website and I love your shirts! I want to buy some so bad, but the only way I could pay would be with a money order. Is that something you can do?
Of course you can still order! All you need to do is to follow the steps below, and we'll process your order for you.
  1. Choose the shirts you want to get, choose the sizes of those shirts, and choose what color you want those shirts to be. Email us by following THIS LINK and tell us all of that information, plus your intent to buy with a mailed payment via money order.
  2. After we get your email, we will send a reply that will include the total amount owed including shipping costs, along with the address you should send your payment to.
  3. When you get your email, print it out! This will be your order form. Include a money order for the total amount, including shipping. Put that in an envelope addressed with the address we supplied on your invoice email and give it to your postman. We'll ship those shirts of yours out as soon as we get your mail in hand!

How secure is the information kept when you get it from customers like me? I mean, there is a lot of identity theft out there.
